GPS extends its range for 2014-2015

Super Soccer Oddsfeed and Abelson Info’s new and improved GPS System has added a huge range of goalscorer markets to their industry leading product. Clients now have up to 18 scorer-based markets to choose from, all delivered via a single API. Abelson Info handles comprehensive resulting, with most markets settled in-running. An improved algorithm allows clients to take either a margin-free or margin-inclusive price for all 18 markets and with individual client settlement rules catered for, this really is the only complete goalscorer data feed.

Oddsfeed’s Jeevan Jeyaratnam suggests that, "UK market - always leading with innovation - has been streets ahead of its European/Asian cousins with regards to individual player betting. This trend shows no sign of abating and as a result Super Soccer Oddsfeed’s 2014-2015 coverage is greater than ever.

Increased TV exposure spurs punter interest levels and so we have added full coverage of the Dutch Eredivisie. The Dutch league is an ideal medium for attracting wagers due to the higher than average goals per game (gpg) ratio. The 2013-2014 Eredivisie season saw 3.2 gpg, whereas this season is currently running at 3.5 gpg (63 games played). Contrasting this with the 2013-2014 English Premier League (2.77 gpg), Spanish La Liga (2.75 gpg), Italian Serie A (2.73 gpg), French Ligue 1 (2.45 gpg) and German Bundesliga (3.13 gpg), only the German league comes close. Higher scoring leagues appear attractive to the punter, but the goal expectancy quotes are also higher. This information is fed into our algorithm which ensures that the GPS client’s margins aren’t compromised by a higher scoring league."

BT Sport’s comprehensive Australian A-League coverage begins again this month. With weekend morning kick-offs and a smattering of former European stars plying their trade ‘down under’, this league looks set to be a popular one for betting. Super Soccer Oddsfeed have now picked up the A-League for the first time, with the squads and player statistics currently being entered into the player database. Damien Duff and David Villa, both now turning out for Melbourne City, are just two of many familiar faces likely to bring in additional interest to this league. The extended GPS coverage now provides a complete goalscorer offering for matches throughout the day.
